Replicated Machine Learning Camera equipped cobot for quality inspection and true in-line BIQ (Built In Quality) from our pilot facility in Northern Ireland to our main transmission manufacturing plant in Illinois. This innovation is delivering as step change in quality inspection and efficiency.
February 2019
Developed Digital Manufacturing Road Map for the Advanced Components Manufacturing division to address Industry 4.0 shortfalls in IIOT, AI, RPAs and DDMRP. Assessed all plants (minus China) for Digital Maturity, data and data structure readiness and change management.
